Order Cancellation
At Grey Homes, we allow order cancellations under specific conditions to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction. Please review the policy below before requesting a cancellation.
Before Order is Shipped
- Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placement
- Full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations
- Custom-made items may not be cancelled once production starts
After Order is Shipped
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- You may still request a return under our 10-day return policy
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Custom Furniture Orders
Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once design approval and production has started. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be sent via WhatsApp or email
- Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled
- We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests after processing stage
